Magento 1.x 后台无顾客自定义属性配置页面，需直接操作数据库
定义attrribute，attribute_type_id为1(从eav_entity_type查得)
增加记录到customer_eav_attribute，is_visable定义是否显示
增加记录到customer_form_attribute
